Treasureland Preschool Application Terms and Conditions 

• APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETE. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

• APPLICATION FEE OF $100.00 WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT

• THE FOLLOWING FORMS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ATTENDANCE:

1) Completed Application,

2) Release Authorization Form

3) Emergency and Medical Authorization,

4) General Health Appraisal,

5) Current Immunization Record,

6) Policy and Procedure Form, Photography Release,

7) Playground/Fieldtrip Authorization and

8) Medication Packet (if applicable)

These forms will be handed to you by March 26, 2021 and are due back to Treasureland by May 7, 2021 with your first tuition payment and materials fee of $75.00. Hard copies available in the Business Office.

Scholarships are available on a sliding scale basis. Contact us for an application if needed.

All information is kept confidential – ALL TUITION AND APPLICATION FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
